Her passion for real estate advocacy and for consumers stems from her own experiences being victimized by forgery and fraud in a residential real estate transaction back in 2004. She used this experience as a catalyst for her becoming a real estate broker and passionate legal advocate for real estate consumers! Her knowledge and expertise is what is needed to ensure smooth transactions every time!

ALEXIS MOORE STOOD UP TO BLACKSTONE EL DORADO HILLS, CA DEVELOPERS:
In 2013, she spearheaded the movement to force Pulte Homes of California (formerly Centex Homes) to replace defective solar roof tiles that were recalled for fire danger. After one of her neighbors in Blackstone El Dorado Hills roof went up in flames the builder refused to replace the defective tiles and many believed the only solution was litigation or incur the expense of replacement on their own Alexis Moore Broker being unconventional and determined knew there was a better way!
She contacted the CA State Contractors Licensing Board and in turn her efforts led to an investigation and resolution that helped 250 homeowners in California receive new replacement solar roof tiles and at no-charge! Saving homeowners approximately 2.5 million!
